This large baking tray is custom manufactured to be 60x80cm size as customer's requirements. It is a flat baking sheet without edges. It is made of 2.0mm thick best quality aluminium material, and treated with Teflon nonstick coating which is imported. Due to its large size, we applied a stainless steel tube frame as reinforcing bar for its extra support.
It is a perforated tray in large size for industrial use. We provide custom baking pan designing and manufacturing service for food factories, bakeries, distributors, clients etc. Welcome to send us an inquiry.

1.Q: How to custom?
Tell us your required specifications (pan length,width,material thickness is required) and quantity, we will make a quotation as soon as possible. If you come up with a drawing or a pictures for reference, that would be great.
2.Q: May I have a sample first?
Yes, we would like to offer priced sample and the shipping cost will be afford by the buyer. And generally speaking, it will take 3-5 days for pans, trays. It will need 7 days more if the pan/tray needs to be teflon-coated or silicone coated.
3.Q: How about non-stick coating? which is better, coating or without coating?
It depends on how you using. Non-stick coated surface can make sure that the bread non-sticking during baking. We have two types of coating for your choices. If non-coating, you need to brush the pans with some oil before use.
