This video shows our visit to one of our customers, who has been running a food factory. We designed and manufcatured this multi-mould baking pan to suit his machinery production lines for croissant bread, as to his detailed requirements on baking pan specifications and surface, color.
From a hand drawing picture to perfect application on the machinery production line, we maintain close communication with customers throughout the process. AFter production production and confirmation, the customer ordered 1000pcs at the first time and it brought great increase in output. So far, we have already got three large orders of this baking pan from this loyal and friendly customer. We are still keeping on close relationship and designed other baking pans for him now.

1.Q: What is the payment terms?
30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment. Paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and Bank Transfer are acceptable. For small amount, we recommend full payment one time through Paypal or Alibaba Trade Assurance. For large amount of money, we recommend bank transfer.
2.Q: What is the leadtime and shipment?
We usually send goods within 3-10 days after deposit confirmation. For orders of large quantities, that would be negotiable. If you use forwarder, tell us and we will send goods to your forwarder as you required. If not, we can send goods through shipping by sea, shipping by air, as well as delivery express, such as UPS, FedEx, EMS, DHL, TNT and some special lines etc.
3.Q: How about non-stick coating? which is better, coating or without coating?
It depends on how you using. Non-stick coated surface can make sure that the bread non-sticking during baking. We have two types of coating for your choices. If non-coating, you need to brush the pans with some oil before use.
